Moscow. Trends and forecast.
In 2010 the trends of gradual recovery of the market were
outlined: the growth of developers’ activity, demand growth, minor
raise of prices for residential space. In 2011 the trend of
recovery will remain, furthermore, there will most probably be a
parity, the balance of the seller’s and the buyer’s forces. Buyers’
activity during the year will correspond to the quite period of
2007, feverish demand should be hardly expected.
Development activity will also increase, new projects delivery,
including those declared before the crisis, may be expected.
Prices for residential space will display positive dynamics
within 10-15%.

There are no prerequisites for the rapid growth of prices. Average
market prices will not reach the pre-crisis level in 2011,
though the return to the pre-crisis price levels will be possible in
some segments/projects (in particular, in the elite segment) in
