  VOLUME OF CIVIL CONSTRUCTION OBJECTS COMMISSIONING
  The largest part of construction in Russia belongs to residential construction. Thus, in January-September, this segment had more than 93,6% of all commissioned buildings. In cubic terms, the share of residential buildings was significantly lower (68,2%), and the presence of commercial and industrial buildings, on the contrary, many times more, compared to the nominal parameter.
  
  In housing construction there were marked some quiet conditions. The cost of real estate was fairly high, and it was unprofitable to buy it, and accordingly, construction was carried out at a slower rate. However, since the moment when property prices were settled and began to decline, housing popularity increased again. Also, the positive trends was marked in the field of private construction, 43,6% of housing construction in 2011 belonged to the individual construction at the expense of their own or borrowed funds and construction of housing cooperatives. In general, it must be said that since 2000, every year in Russia two times more houses were built: 62,3 million square meters in 2011 compared to 30,3 million square meters in the beginning of the period.
  
  Central FD constructed the most part of buildings, during 11 months of the previous year 12,453 mln sq meters of housing real estate were commissioned. Almost two times belonged to the volumes of commissioning in Southern FD (6,447 mln sq meters).
  
  Moscow Region showed high parameters among the regions. Two regions accepting international sporting competitions in (Kazan) and 2014 (Sochi), belonged to the number of the leaders.
  
  DIRECTIONS OF CONSTRUCTION ORGANIZATION ACTIVITY
  16,8% of all construction organizations in Russia were concentrated on the construction of houses in the third quarter of 2012. Services of major and running repair of buildings and constructions had slightly more 18% of works.
  
  The leader by the construction of residential buildings was Far Eastern FD. Thus, more than a quarter of all construction works belongs to construction of residential buildings. The share of residential buildings construction was also high in Central and Siberian FDs – 24,7% and 22,1% respectively.
  
  Amur and Bryansk Regions, Chukotka Autonomous Territory (36%, 37,1% and 41,1%) constructed actively residential buildings. In Orel Region and Republic of Ingushetia this direction exceeded 50%One third of all construction works was concentrated on residential real estate construction in such regions as Republic of Khakassia, Kemerovo Region and Moscow.
